We understand that getting to grips with a new piece of software can sometimes feel a bit daunting, even if it is designed to make your life easier! At Rebmark we’re committed to providing you with the very best training that supports you not just at the outset, but throughout the lifespan of your subscription.

Training Sessions

EVERY subscription to our award winning software comes with complimentary in-house training and unlimited access to our telephone support service. Our training sessions can be held at your office at a time that suits you. The sessions last between 60 to 90 minutes and we even can bring laptops to make it easy for everyone to join in.

Importantly, we offer unlimited remote, Webex refresher or Q&A sessions. These can be arranged for groups or on a one-to-one basis.

Continued Professional Development (CPD)

The training we provide will also count towards your SRA ‘continuing competence’ requirements. All solicitors are required to identify their learning and development needs, and subsequently record and evaluate their activities. In order to assist with your record keeping, we will set out the key objectives for each training session we provide, an example of which is below:

  • What do I want to learn? Increase my knowledge and capability of using specialist software to help calculate detailed schedules of loss for injury claims.
  • What will I do to achieve this? [Introductory training session/follow up training session/fatal accidents training session/advanced quantum training session] by Rebmark Legal Solutions on using piCalculator (specialist legal software) to build and accurately calculate schedules of loss.
